Our range of release agents for polyurethane footwear applications have been formulated to meet the specific requirements of the different types of shoe soles and their varying production methods. Our products are focused on

DUAL DENSITY SHOE SOLES

When producing dual density shoe sole the adhesion between the sole and midsole, it is therefore important that the release agent does not interfere with this adhesion. The release agent must still provide adequate release performance, appearance and finish of the shoe sole.  

MONO DENSITY SHOE SOLES

Our release agents for single density shoe soles have been developed for polyether and polyester systems. They ensure you attain the surface finish and release efficiency, leaving the soles ready for post moulding treatments. The latest release agents reduce the degreasing required; allowing for easier later painting and gluing.  

DIRECT INJECTION

We offer release agent solution for direct injected single and dual density shoe soles.
