RD - RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM RELEASE AGENTS

These ready-to-use solvent based release agents, are diluted and modified to meet your specific production, product and PU system parameters. Using traditional spraying techniques, our release agents can be adjusted to improve surface characteristics of the foam, release efficiency, skin formation, reaction times, release agent residue and drying times.

Industries served are:

• Imitation wood
• Insulation panels for construction, truck bodies and cold rooms
• Rigid block production for insulation and construction. 

In addition to these we also offer: 

RP - PASTE RELEASE AGENTS

Release agents supplied in a paste form. Ideal for application by hand with a cloth or brush in circumstances when spraying may not be viable and/or production volumes are low.

RC - CONCENTRATED RELEASE AGENTS

With higher solid contents than the RD range these release agents are intended for application by cloth or brush.

When applied with spray-gun these high solid release agents can be blended with higher flash point solvents, allowing companies to meet stricter VOC requirements and lower hazard ratings. Processing requirements may have to be changed.
