FD - FLEXIBLE FOAM RELEASE AGENTS

This range represents our release agents for cold and hot cured flexible polyurethane foams. Typically supplied as solvent-based and ready-to-use, these products can be modified to improve surface finish, release efficiency, reaction time and drying time. They are used in the production of:

FA - WATER-BASED RELEASE AGENTS FOR FLEXIBLE FOAMS

With a growing demand, primarily from the automotive sector, for release agents with lower VOC (volatile organic compounds), our new generation water-based alternatives offer manufacturers products that have oily to dry finishes, low mould build-up and can be used in MDI and/or TDI polyurethane foam applications.

FP - PASTE RELEASE AGENTS

These paste release agents are typically used to reinforce or assist primary release agents to improve release efficiency on difficult areas of the moulds. In addition, producers of slabstock block foam use these release agents as replacements for traditional greases and oils. Release agent paste improve the surface finish, allow even rising of the foam which allows for lower wastage.
